Recovery Navigators (Recovery Coaches or Peers) are going to work with the client to understand the results and put together a recovery plan that will help to address the barriers and unmet service needs. A recovery plan is composed of goals, resources, and events. So, we need to take the time to source local events that your clients can attend. Most of you already know of events in your community such as mutual aid groups, wellness events, educational events, or sports and recreation events.

Now, we get to add these into the system for the client to opt-in to from their portal.

Here is a detailed step-by-step process of how to enter those events into your calendar.

Let’s open Wiley’s Fitness and Wellness Activities Goal and review the tasks assigned. Well, as you can see this task says to select & add fitness activity(es) from Events in Client Portal to my personal calendar, and the same is listed for wellness activity(es) below. In order for the client to go to their calendar and add events, the calendar must first have events there for the client to choose from. So, we will now walk you through how to add events to the calendar.
