2. Review Basic Configurations

2. Review Basic Configurations

Introduction

In this section, we will review how your program was configured within the ARMS system and how to make changes to the configuration if necessary. We will review the following information in a few videos to get you started;
  1. Programs

  2. Bed board

  3. Caseloads

  4. Referral Sources

There are additional resources including Knowledge-Based Articles (KBA's) available in the ARMS Community Success Center in case you need further assistance after this training.

While we hope you find this training informative and valuable we understand that not all users may have access to the settings that we will discuss as part of this course. If you find yourself in this situation, we encourage you to reach out to your system administrator or submit a support ticket to obtain the necessary access.

Programs

Bed Boards

NotesNOTE: Due to the potential to issues that can arise from improper configuration, Bed Boards can only be setup by system administrators. This video includes instructions on how to configure these settings, but this is for informational purposes only - those settings will not be available. Any significant changes to the layout, number, or types of beds should be requested through the support system.

Caseloads

Info
Caseloads are critical for maintaining security and limiting client access to those who need it. Keep in mind that the only way to access client data is to be granted access to the caseload with which that client is associated. More information can be found here: ARMS Caseload Views

Referral Sources

Info
Referral sources can be configured to enable tracking the origin of client referrals. This information can be helpful in identifying trends in referrals to your organization, or determining the best care path based on your clients' prior history and needs.

Custom Intake Questions

Info
Your intake workflow can be customized by GET HELP support to include custom questions from your intake documents. This includes pre-intake/screening questions as well, which will populate in an online application portal for your program that you can link to on your website or social media pages. Applications sent through this portal will appear in your Clients view under the Admission tab.
