7. Client Portal Orientation

In this section of the Recovery Care Planning course, we are going to spend a few minutes learning about the features and functionality of the person in recovery’s portal as you will help guide the person in recovery through the process of engaging in their Recovery Care Plan from their portal. This section will demonstrate how to update progress on goals, how to check in to events, and how to rate resources. These are the key indicators of the person in recovery's engagement with the recovery care plan.

Practice logging into the client portal (https://accounts.gethelp.com) as your test client and update goals, check in to events, and rate resources.
